Diversity and Equality in Wine

Australian Grape & Wine is honoured to continue the work in the area of Diversity & Gender Equality that was started by the Winemaker's Federation of Australia.  We will continue to lead the sector regarding gender equality, by driving uptake on the Diversity & Equality Charter for the Australian wine sector.

Under WFA, the working group produced three documents to form a comprehensive framework for the Grape & Wine sector, in the area of Diversity and Equality:

The Charter

Supporting Document to the Charter

Action Plan

The WFA Board signed off on the Charter and corresponding supporting document and implementation plan, to seek greater diversity and equality in the sector. Australian Grape & Wine will require all Board and Committee members to become signatories/support the principles in the Charter and will encourage all members to become signatories/support the principles in the Charter.

Email us to express your commitment to become a signatory to the Australian Grape & Wine Diversity & Gender Equality Charter.
