Notice of Meeting
Australian Grape and Wine Incorporated’s members are invited to attend the 2026 AGM on Tuesday 10 November 2026 at 4:30pm ACDST in the Hindmarsh 1 Room, at the Pullman Hotel, 16 Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide.
Each year, Australian Grape and Wine Incorporated (Australian Grape & Wine) holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) that all members are invited to attend.
The purpose of the AGM is to give members a report on Australian Grape & Wine’s activities and finances of the previous year and give members the opportunity to ask questions. The meeting is an important event to give our members a broad overview of the organisation’s financial health and future direction.
Voting members of the AGM must be financial members of Australian Grape & Wine for 2026/2027.
Member Registration
Registrations and proxy forms must be received by Australian Grape & Wine 48 hours prior to the AGM. Registrations will close on Sunday 8 November at 4.30pm ACDST. Please register your attendance / proxy using the 2026 AGM Registration form below.
If you RSVP to attend the AGM online you will be sent a virtual link to attend, prior to the meeting.
