This overview will outline what we can expect from this coming vintage in both warm inland and cool climate regions. Jim will give a grape grower perspective of the impacts on domestic grape prices in the warm climate regions, and Tony will provide an overarching view of the prospects for the sector highlighting key international and domestic developments and the implications for Vintage 22.

The availability and cost of freight is looming as one of the major obstacles to market diversification and will impact on the ability to shift wine from tanks before the 2022 vintage. Ben will explain how the global shipping trade impacts Australian importers and exporters.
