Templates

The Code states that all Agreements must be in writing. Signatories, who reach verbal or “handshake” agreements, must make a written record and seek confirmation from the Grower as soon as practicable.  To assist new signatories to the Code, the Code Committee has developed several templates for recording key contractual terms, for incorporating the Code into Agreements and for notifying the Secretariat in the case of a dispute.
