Notice of Meeting
Australian Grape and Wine Incorporated’s members are invited to attend the 2025 AGM on Tuesday 11 November 2025 at 4:30pm ACDT in the Nandina Room at the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel, 55 Frome Street, Adelaide.
Each year, Australian Grape and Wine Incorporated (Australian Grape & Wine) holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) that all members are invited to attend.
The purpose of the AGM is to give members a report on Australian Grape & Wine’s activities and finances of the previous year and give members the opportunity to ask questions. The meeting is an important event to give our members a broad overview of the organisation’s financial health and future direction.
Member Registration
Registrations and proxy forms must be received by Australian Grape & Wine 48 hours prior to the AGM. Registrations will close on Sunday 9 November at 4.30pm ACDT. Please register your attendance / proxy using the 2025 AGM Registration form below.
