Australian Grape & Wine is calling for nominations to join the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in Wine (DEIW) Committee.
Committee Purpose
The DEIW Committee drives positive cultural change across workplaces in the Australian grape and wine sector. Its role is to foster a more diverse, equal, and inclusive environment by:
The Committee seeks to frame challenges as opportunities that contribute to both cultural and business success across the sector.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
The DEIW Committee will comprise a minimum of six members and a Chairperson. Members are appointed for three-year terms, with the possibility of renewal by mutual agreement.

While AGW members are the primary focus, eligibility may extend to representatives of non-member companies or those outside the grape and wine sector if they bring unique or relevant expertise.
